and most good coaches needed a few years to build their program to the way they want.

My concern with KA is I don't think we've seen much progress his first 2 years. He doesn't appear to be great at recruiting or X's and O's.

This year is huge. The entire roster is guys he recruited who should buy in completely. Let's see what the do.
