Gates was both "less qualified" and "unqualified for an SEC job" (i.e. those are not mutually exclusive things). He certainly wasn't the *most qualified* candidate, and that's the problem with DEI...

It's racial discrimination, which is to say it's racist – and why I strongly oppose it, unlike you.
