is your primary criteria for coaching qualification.
A reasonable person might say winning 67% of conference titles is better than 50%. And maybe even say that’s a better basis for judging quality of coaching.
But you’re saying Oats is qualified and Gates is unqualified - solely because of two tournament games. That seems unreasonable to me.
