Missouri "literally" wants to play 4 high school teams and then added "what if every SEC did that" as if Missouri is the only team doing it, which isn't even accurate.

Missouri has played a ranked out of conference P4 opponent each of the last two seasons. Somehow that is not good enough, but teams playing unranked Utah or Wisconsin is great and awesome.

You also aren't calling for all of the other teams to schedule multiple P4 OOC games, but you are for Missouri.

Missouri is fine scheduling 1 P4 OOC opponent each year (2026 they will play 2). I do agree that they should not schedule FCS teams or play any road games against non P4 teams.
