the playoffs is based on their beating these top teams in the other conferences. There's no other way to judge it. Texas-Michigan, LSU-USC, Notre Dame- A & M, Clemson Georgia.

What's wrong with being part of that? Putting your playoff chances it in your own hands? Being dominate against a credible OOC team?
