You could also set up auxiliary sites that are secure such as power and light and outside union station. Video screens at the venues would go to various locations where you could have distinct speakers and/or concerts. Every site would get the live feed by video screen. You have more security because crowds are spaced out and lesser lines because of multiple sites. You are also able to control crowd size through Ticketing. If demand exceeds sites, open up more sites. Maybe sprint center or the amphitheater. KC venues are likely to profit off drink sales, so they are incentivized to add their site.
