Substitution frequency and strategy has been horrible. Guys don't even get to sweat before they're yanked, and often the five on the floor don't even have a chance to be a scoring team. Thinking that the defense can shift where you have 7 footers guarding guards is incredibly bad. The help defense leaving 3-point shots open game after game from the corner has been horrible. BS that Grill's and Tonje's injuries are the cause of this fiasco. They wouldn't have made Missouri make a mid-SEC record. Gates has done a faceplant this year. Next year will show whether or not 2022-2023 or 2023-2024 is what Gates can deliver.
