Not convinced his system will work, but he can do a couple things to ensure next year goes well.
1. Sign a couple all-world transfers (preferably PF, PG)
2. Stop tinkering with the lineups every game.
3. Run an offense that generates more FT opps.
4. Retain Bates, Robinson, and maybe Pierce/Butler.
