are disproportionately siphoned to basketball in order to prop up Gates with an overfunded roster loaded with so much NBA talent that no coach – not even Gates – could fail with it.

But that would obviously come at the expense of our football program – since NIL/donor money is finite.

DRF knows that. She also knows that she'll be judged more for Gates (than Drink) since it was *her hire* and $25M mistake. I have no doubt she'll be siphoning as much "NIL" $ to Gates as she possibly can.
