We stop paying people to live in ways that are not conducive to success in life. We just learned again if you pay people more not to work than to work they won't work. We have a welfare system that for years has payed women to have more children and to do so outside of a mother/father home.

We stick to a school model that has completely broken down in the neighborhood where it is most needed. Yet, the status quo is protected by those who claim to want to help those trapped in those schools.

Two big keys. Stop rewarding counterproductive behaviors and realize that it is insanity to keep doing what you have been doing and expecting a different result.
