over a 5 year period for the time period from Feb 1 to Dec 1 and compared it to the total deaths from Feb 1, 2020 to Dec 1, 2020 the excess amount (the TRUE excess death due to COVID) would be equal to the extrapolated data they are using?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
