Fat loss is in the kitchen. Poor dietary choices are the number one cause of insulin resistance.
Yet people do not want to put the time in to reverse it. They complain that the fat they added over years doesn't go away in weeks. They don't want to put in the years of effort it takes to be thin and fit.
