far harder to burn 270 calories than it is to eat a 270 calorie Snickers bar.
Fat loss is in the kitchen, not the gym.
I've done this multiple times a year for a decade cycling between bulking and cutting.
During bulk, increase calories to aid building muscle. Then switch to a cut decreasing calories to burn fat and get leaner.
It works. People at the gym do the same thing.
There is no magic to it. Just requires being thoughtful about food consumption.
