invested in their children's education. I taught in a successful charter school made up of students drawn from the KCMO students. The kids there were successful because their parents actually cared. If you eliminated public schools tomorrow do you really think those struggling students would be successful in private schools.

I have said it many times but failing schools fail because the communities they serve are failing. Show me a single struggling school found in a successful community?
