under Pinkel we seem to have a really good team every five-seven years and schools like OU, Ohio State, Clemson, Alabama etc. are in the playoff almost every year or a top bowl game. You want the top talent but if can't get it you need to develop it but it only comes together periodically when you are developing it. It's a simple fact.
