It depends on the coaching staff. Bringing in 15 - 4 and 5 star players every year can bring multiple challenges. I give credit to a coach like Saban that can manage the egos that goes along with the talent. I think that is a rarity in college coaches. And since there are only about 300 recruits that are 4* or higher we simply are not going to get a dozen 4 stars every year.

I like what Pinkel has done and hopefully Odom is trying to do. Get a few 4* and higher and fill in with highly motivated 3* players. Hopefully the elite players will buy in to the environment set by the rest.
