either the hire of Fuller or Fulford. Fuller was dictated to him by Alden, because he knew Kim was in way over his head. And Fuller was acting as the real head coach while Kim was on his victory caravan around mid-Missouri when Fulford was hired through Fuller.

He may have sat there during some of the interview process. But that was the extent he was involved. Kim hired Brad Loos.
