Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas. There would be tremendous synergy with such an expansion. If Texas says no, then I would try to add Virginia (the only ACC school that I think would be willing to leave and be worth adding). The challenge would be getting OU without OSU, but it could be done.
If I were the the PAC, I would be trying to add Texas, Texas Tech, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State.
If I were the SEC, I would be trying to add Oklahoma and either Kansas, West Virginia, or, if necessary, Oklahoma State (with an agreement/understanding that Oklahoma State's membership is contingent upon OU remaining in the conference; that way, the SEC wouldn't be stuck with oSu if OU ever decides to leave for the B1G or PAC). Note: Texas would never join the SEC — they will either go Indy, PAC, B1G, or remain in the Big12.
