The financial curve is higher.
Cable TV isn't making the kind of money that made expansion a priority.
And it's more schools to cut up the pie of money.
Bottom line is, if any member is looking at reduced revenues for them because of expansion, it's not going to happen.
OU would be a great football addition, but it's not going to bring to the conference much else. It has to bring better than current cash flow.
Wouldn't surprise that Texas is the ONLY way OU gets in SEC, because all other #2 picks to come in with them drag down the bottom line. And I doubt we'd go to 15 and stay there.
