be willing to take oSu as baggage just to prevent the B1G or PAC from getting OU.

I think OU has a preference for B1G, PAC, *then* SEC, but the B1G would absolutely *never* take OSU, and the PAC might only be willing to take OU *with* Texas as a package deal. So, if the Longhorns decide to go Independent (or stay in the Big12) instead of joining the B1G or PAC, and OU can't separate from OSU, then the SEC might be its only P4 option.
