rankings under Pinkel is that he won with players he identified and helped to develop. It became a source of pride for us. With Odom, he hasn't accomplished much in that way which is why we are so critical of him (me included).

Cuonzo will need to continue to have success. But I also believe that he can recruit well - he has done so in the past at Cal and Tennessee. There is reason for optimism with him in recruiting - Barry has very little recruiting success in his background, so naturally, people are skeptical.
