He had always played kind of a grit n grind plodding style. I really liked the changes he made to the offensive philosophy last season. If his teams take that to the next level by getting players that can do that, but at a faster pace while still playing great defense. Then I think he can win big here.

You are see that recruiting at guard with guys like Pinson, McKinney and Watson.
