But still, none of them address the question of him recruiting high school kids, which is the most important part of "recruiting".

As I note, a guy can be good at assembling a roster without being really good at recruiting hs kids, but being good at recruiting hs kids is the better way to go.
And I'm not saying Martin can't or won't, but that he has to do more or words like "can't" will start to get used.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
