No person will solve the STL recruiting issues. It doesn't matter who the coach is.

STL will play the identity politics game all day every day.

CCM is making progress there but in the end he will be just like Pinkel. He'll find one or two prime schools that will be willing to work with him but on the whole, the STL metro will fight him tooth and nail.
