the FISA warrant contained facts (not assumptions) as to the political motivation for Steele's investigation.

One would have to be "teetee level" stupid to read the language on page 15/16, and not reach the conclusion that it was Clinton (or potentially a donor such as soros.)

Since Simpson didn't tell Steele why the research was required - do you think Simpson told Steele who the client was?
