a FACT that Clinton engaged the dossier...when in FACT the warrant states that SIMPSON DID NOT ADVISE STEELE OF THE MOTIVATION.

If Simpson didn't advise Steele of the MOTIVATION, he sure as **** didn't advise Steele who his client was. The FBI stated their presumption that it the research was for political motivation (FACT); had the FBI stated in the warrant application that it was funded by Clinton, that would have been an ASSUMPTION.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
