purpose. Instead of Trump campaign or Clinton campaign it calls them Candidate 1 or Candidate 2. The reason being it protects the innocent. If you read most court documents they will look the same way. Carter Page was the target of this initial FISA warrant hence Trump's campaign not specifically pointed out but the FISC judge will understand. Nunes cannot make up his own rules about how a FISA warrant shall be written. The not naming specific names is the majority of the problem with Nunes memo that was debunked.

If Nunes had a problem with the FISA warrant process he would have voted no for it or at least submitted an amendment to it when he voted for its renewal less than a year ago.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
