believed steele's work to be politically motivated research on trump (P15-16.) It didn't name the Clinton campaign - it stated that the US source person (Simpson) didn't advise Source 1 (Steele) as to the purpose behind the research (i.e. Simpson didn't tell Steele that it was for Clinton.)

There is so much redacted information that one could twist it to support whatever they want (similar to Nunez releasing the memo containing half-truths.)

Please explain why this message is being reported.
