easy to resolve. Same last name same address.

The friend thing is more problematical but the friend is not handing the cop a piece of paper that says "he does not have my permission to drive this car" like the rental borrowing dude.

Cops seem to have a handle on that. At least 4 of my employees over the years have been pulled over while driving my car. No searches were done and nothing
would have happened if they did.
