but here it goes again:

Every individual person has a natural right to his life, to his liberty, and to his property.

No rights exist outside of that. Government has no rights.

So, I would never say that individuals have the same "rights" (as you misunderstand that term) as law enforcement agents (i.e. the alleged "right" to trespass on people's property and liberty). Because those aren't rights to begin with.
