on the job being a rebuild or 'turnaround'? Does Sterk and others believe the program is in shambles and the talent is such that the new hire will have experience in rebuilding programs, or does he believe that experienced leadership can in a head coach can quickly get this team competitive in a season or two in the SEC? How did it go over when Odom labeled it a such? Thanks!
