I see you're a 2.5 year poster, so I'll assume you weren't around when Onofrio took over from Devine, Powers from Onofrio, Woody from Powers, Stull from Woody, Smith from Stull and Pinkel from Smith.

The recovery periods have gotten longer. Additionally, with the SEC move, the eight conference games are now more difficult overall than the seven or eight conference games in the Big Eight/XII.

Also, Arizona State played UTSA in 2016 and barely won. So UTSA beating Baylor isn't a particular surprise. UTSA might very well beat Mizzou this year.
