this isn't about "being competitive" it is about showing growth and getting the job done. This is a very mediocre division with one good team. Sterk and most donors believe a good coach with this talent could win 6 games.

If you haven't noticed, the team commits a lot of errors, penalties and don't really know the playbooks well. Plus, attitude problems that have never been adjusted. There's a lot of bad coaching happening, sadly.

Also, Pinkel was put in forced retirement because of others like those you see on this board who now hate him for something he didn't want to do.
