with Sterk on a weekly basis. He knows, he goes to the games and sees what is happening.

The next hire (no clue or insight who that will be) is going to be someone Sterk believes 100% can get it done. HC experience at an FBS (or higher, maybe) experience is required. I trust Sterk, very smart guy. They all say the right things to the camera, but these are businessmen.
