If Sterk is worth his salt, Odom is getting replaced.

Odom is a lame duck. It might have all gotten away from him.

Maybe he didn't get a fair shot but sometimes that's how the ball bounces. If he could beat bad to mediocre teams and make bowl games, he would have gotten that shot.

I don't think he has a prayer to turn this thing around any time soon. He's not going to get the players he needs and I don't think the ones he has are going to be coached up by him or his staff either, not anytime soon anyways.
