There are at least 20 publicly-supported spaces dedicated to the Confederacy in Missouri.[1]

Cape Girardeau: Confederate War Memorial (1931)
Centralia: Boone County Confederate Memorial (1935)
Columbia: Confederate Monument (1935) - Relocated to the Centralia Battlefield in September 2015
Dexter: Frenchman's Spring Monument (1996)
Higginsville: Confederate Memorial State Historic Site; also called "Lion of Lucerne" (1906)
Huntsville: Captain Delaney S. Washburn Memorial (1976)
Kansas City: Confederate Soldier Memorial, Union Cemetery.
Marshall: Confederate Monument of Saline (1901)
Neosho: Confederate Captain of Missouri Monument
Palmyra: Palmyra Massacre Monument (1907)
Roanoke: Shelby's Homecoming Monument (1997)
St. Louis: Memorial to the Confederate Dead (1914) - Removed in June 2017 from Forest Park, awaits a new home outside St. Louis City and County limits (per agreement between the city and Missouri Civil War Museum in Jefferson Barracks).[168]
