responsible for the program. That is the way NCAA violations work. I'm not arguing that he was competent in that role and was successful in overseeing his program in a manner that prevented the violations from occurring.

The tutor investigation is ongoing, the results have not been made public. The investigation stems from improprieties alleged during Kim's tenure in his program.
