Massive roster turnover, two NCAA investigations, lack of player development, fracturing the fanbase and causing historic levels of apathy, overwhelming losing, no recruiting plan, establishing nearly every negative statistical mark possible, and consistently professing you don't have the answers for any of the problems facing the program.

Oh, and formerly playing here. That also is important in building a program the right way.
