what is the coach's direct connection, by way of aiding in setting up the situation, or putting someone in a position who facilitated the alleged violation?

What specific allegations have been raised concerning the basketball program in relationship to tutoring? Why is the tie to the coach? Not the umbrella somebody did something that may have or may not have involved the basketball program.
