representing your program.

Once that is in place, then you need to find an identity, a style of play, if you will.

With those two things in place, plus great support from your administration, you go out and get the best players that are the best fit for your program. At a school like Missouri, understanding that there needs to be at least a few people from the area, each year, playing a major role on your team.
