is that the apathy levels created by the Kim era are both significant and not easily overcome. There are alot of things that Cuonzo can realistically make quick improvements to, but the fan apathy transitioning to great support that Frank Martin talks about that baseline for his program's success takes considerable time and he didn't inherit any where near this level of apathy.
The other important lesson I think that can be gleaned from that is it is important to establish expectations and have a culture within a program, and that is one thing that I hope Cuonzo can make a rather immediate impact on. Whether we start to win immediately or not, installing the beginnings of those things will have a lasting long term benefit.
