And we have seen direct evidence of police killing people when there is no imminent danger on their part..and we know blacks are profiled (stop and frisk).

Also are you not supposed to be trained to de-escalate rather than escalating.

Did someone who ran from the police possibly do something wrong..maybe...If you don't know if they did or did not do something wrong, is it worth risking lives by chasing him...because when you catch him..then what. oh yeah..you will arrest him for running from you...so now you have the crime
