so if someone testifies they saw a defendant running from a crime scene, the court allows that on the record and advises a jury they can draw an inference from the person running that could lead to a conviction, wouldn't that be "evidence" even under your definition*
*I'm not arguing whether testimony offered and admitted of a person running from a crime scene is evidence according to the legal definition, that isn't up for debate except to morons.
