Wrong. The NCAA treats adults like adults. The NCAA has no legal authority from which to deal with kids. They are only allowed to deal with adults, or parents/guardians of minor children.

You treat students like kids. You are disrespectful of their status as adults. You keep calling them kids when they are of age, able to pick up a weapon and defend the borders, and enter a binding contract. Stop smothering them with overprotection.
