If he stays at Mizzou, he competes with two other running backs for playing time. If he goes to Alabama, he competes with how many running backs for playing time?

Secondly, we're eliminating restrictions on transfers, not the scholarship limitations. Bama may not have enough available scholarships to give him one.

The issue is other students can transfer and immediately participate in extra curricular activities, but athletes can't. Why this restriction? Answer, to prevent transfers.
