they're wined and dined, build relationships with their position coaches and finally sign. Then it's national assistant coach's firing day. Watch them fall like flies once the recruits are locked up. It's so unfair to then hold new signees to those contracts.
People try to defend it saying they're signing with a School, not a coaching staff. That's a bunch of self serving baloney.
