In fact it's the opposite, as it averages all the reputable rating services to minimize bias/skew.

And it says that class was pretty good, with five 4-star recruits. It says the next class (2016) had seven 4-star recruits and was ranked even higher. So it's no surprise Washington was really competitive this season, based on those classes, especially with the coach they have. That's the same model we need at Mizzou, and it starts with paying for a good head coach like Washington did.
