went round and round about his job. His argument was you protect the bad to assure the rights of the good. I questioned how he could go in and fight for a worker who needed to be fired. We were never able to find common ground on the subject.

IMO I want the guy working next to me to be every bit as professional as I am. Why protect his job if he can't or won't do the job? Get rid of him and find me a coworker who makes my team better.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
