in every state constitution in the country. Not once is health care mentioned, at least at the federal level. It is very possible some states have amended their constitutions to include health care so it would be a right there.

I am very consistent in my statements. If it is addressed in the US constitution then it is a federal right and by the supremacy clause also a state right. If something is addressed in a particular state constitution then it is a right in that state.

I am not talking about mystical powers I am talking about rights that the people actually have.
