players - the guys on the team, those are your players. Every year for every coach, those are your own players. I don't care who recruited them. You take what you have and build an identity. So far we've failed to establish an identity. I don't want Kim fired during this season, but he has a lot to prove this year or he should be gone.
The only way he might keep a job without significant improvement over the last two years is if the NCAA investigation of our tutors keeps us from getting a decent pool of candidates. But that is just basically saying - Hey, we'll fire you next year, if that's okay with you?
